Brunch & Flow
Join us for Brunch & Flow — a Sunday series blending movement, connection, and good food. Each week features a 60-minute class (yoga, pilates, or HIIT), followed by an optional cold plunge and light bites from Café Bastille. Move, mingle, and build community over smoothies and savory bites.

Yin
Unwind the body (and the mind) through this heated yin practice. This slow, restorative sequence of long-held postures, typically seated or lying down, invites you to deepen your breath to create calm as you open up your connective tissues and soften into supported postures. Meet your edges with compassion and kindness and leave feeling rested and relaxed.

Our heated vinyasa practice invites you to move mindfully through a continuous flow that weaves breath with movement and builds strength and flexibility. Deepen your connection to Self through a moving meditation and leave feeling recharged and replenished.

Pilates Sculpt
Awaken your inner fire through our heated Pilates Sculpt class. You’ll strengthen and lengthen through this low impact sequence that blends Pilates principles with resistance training to increase your mind-muscle connection, core activation, and inner resilience. Hiit
For those looking to get their hearts pumping, build your power and stamina with our heated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. This total body workout blends strength training with explosive cardio intervals to increase muscular strength while also increasing your endurance. Integrating both body weight and free weight exercises, this dynamic class will push your limits and leave you feeling sweaty and strong.

Slow Flow & Sound
Down regulate and soothe your nervous system with this relaxing vinyasa practice. Think slower transitions and longer holds that invite you to deepen your breath and move into a quiet, meditative state. This practice closes with a sound bath to immerse the body in healing vibrations. Leave feeling calm and nourished.

Advanced Flow
This dynamic, intermediate-level 90-minute class blends intelligent sequencing with precise alignment cues to help you build strength, stamina, and mobility while maintaining flow through use of alignment, breath and focus.

Mobility Flow
Increase your body’s range of motion while speeding up your recovery with our mobility flow. Focused on flexibility, joint health, and longevity this class helps to reduce stiffness and supports you moving in all other modalities with more freedom.
